On the 30th November 2023, the coordination meeting of the City of Dialogue Network and “Intercultural Modena -The Experiences Fair”,organized as part of the “Divercities” project, were held in Modena. For the Sport and Youth Office of the Municipality of Modena it was a great opportunity to present MUST-a-Lab!
The morning was dedicated to the training for public administrators of the cities of the Network regarding participatory paths. One of the trainers was Claudio Dondi from the International Institute of Humanitarian Law, also a partner of MUST-a-Lab, who illustrated the innovative methodology of the policy labs. The Municipality of Modena intervened to give some more practical and organisational details.
In the afternoon, “The Experience Fair” took place, during which various realities of the city presented their participatory paths and intercultural policies. With the help of two PL partecipants, we screened the promotional video of the project, distributed information brochures and explained the entire process by showing some photos.
People were very interested in MUST-a-Lab and we had the opportunity to exchange some contacts. We hope that this is the first step to spread the Policy Lab methodology all over Italy!
